Couch potato imageNet surfing is not aerobic!   If you think net surfing is aerobic exercise, you'll probably be surprised to learn that merely watching an exercise video doesn't count as a workout either.  Couch potatoes, be warned:  This site can lead to aerobic activity!

If you hate to exercise, have we got news for you!  Exercise can be fun!  That's what we're about.  Jacki's classes are creative, imaginative, and challenging.  What good is an exercise program if you don't stick with it?  We emphasize the fun, and you'll find yourself looking forward to every class.

Three exciting aerobic programs!   Jacki Sorensen is the fitness leader who made aerobics a household word.  She choreographs three international aerobic programs:

Jacki's Dance logo This is the world's original Aerobic Dancing program, created by Jacki Sorensen in 1969.  Aerobic Dancing is the fitness sport that combines the health and figure benefits of jogging with the fun of dancing.  The Aerobic Dancing program is creatively choreographed for the non-dancer, yet challenging for experienced students.  The classes are progressive, with a new dance introduced weekly.  The program is designed with women in mind; however, men also enjoy Jacki's Aerobic Dancing.

Jacki's Workout logo A complete aerobic workout designed with men and women in mind.  Each class is a head-to-toe workout and does not depend on attendance at prior classes.  Challenging, subtly choreographed routines are set to motivating contemporary music.

Jacki's StrongStep logo A low-impact, high-energy fitness class that's fun, easy to follow, and challenging.  You use a step to increase lower-body resistance efficiency and burn more calories--and to increase the fun and challenge!

Discover the Jacki difference!  Our classes are not your run-of-the-mill aerobic classes at a gym, where repetition makes them boring.  Jacki's classes are creative and challenging.  Yet, a beginner can do it, and the time will fly by!  All of Jacki's programs are appropriate for all fitness levels because you work at your own pace.

Dancer imageWhat makes Jacki's programs fun?  Jacki's superb imaginative and creative choreography!  Jacki is a dancer, and she has choreographed aerobic programs for over 30 years.  Her programs are fresh, inventive, and exciting session after session, for new and returning students alike.  Students are motivated by the fun choreography, the invigorating music, and the enthusiasm of the instructors and students.

Our programs provide a complete workout.   While we have a lot of fun in class, our programs do not skimp on fitness.  Each of Jacki's programs is a complete head-to-toe workout, including stretching, floorwork, one-half hour of sustained aerobic activity, and a cooldown.  Students may use optional hand-held and ankle weights for additional strength training.
